BayCare is currently in search of our newest Pharmacy Informatics Specialist who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. + Hybrid Role + **Location:** Tampa, FL + **Status:** Full Time + **Shift:** Varies + **Weekend Work:** No + **On Call:** No **Pharmacy Informatics Specialist** Responsibilities: The Pharmacy Informatics Specialist works to optimize the design, build, and maintenance of the electronic health record (EHR) across the health system enterprise to improve patient outcomes, operational workflow, and medication safety through the support and maintenance of pharmacy informatics systems. This position is responsible for promoting safe medication use practices and the use of clinical decision support methods by integrating knowledge of pharmacy practice, informatics and health information technology (HIT) systems. This position also serves as a liaison for pharmacists, physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals for EHR optimization requests and other pharmacy system changes and additions.
